Nivet Galinier Estate

Our estate of 12 hectares is located in South of France, in the Roussillon near the Têt river in front of the mythic Canigou mount.

We elaborate three types of wine, red, white, fortified, on two different terroirs, with Controlled Appellation: Côtes du Roussillon, Côtes du Roussillon Les Aspres in red wine, Rivesaltes; Wine Table or Vins de Pays in white wine.

We only use seven hectares for the vine. One part of hundred-year-old Carignan vines are in deep soil of rich ground. The second part is located on a dry stony plateau, where white vine (Macabeu, Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc) that gives our wines powerful, oily fresh and characteristic.

Our biodynamic way of culture is the result of a familial will to remain countryman. We make everything to allow the life inside the estate and we respect all that can keep the balance.
